After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and file appropriate application for grant of bail and the trial Court be directed to decide the same in a time bound manner. 3. Allowed to do so. 4. Dismissed as withdrawn. In case the petitioner appears and surrenders before the Court concerned within a week from today and files an application for regular bail then the Court concerned would decide the same as per law expeditiously.
