Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant / writ petitioner, who by means of this application has prayed for impleadment of the following incumbents as party respondent nos. 5 and 6- 1. The Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Assam represented by the Secretary, Jawahar Nagar, NH-27, Guwahati – 781 022. - as the respondent no. 5 2. M/S Mee Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., having its registered office at Amrit Residency, Block-B, KRC Road, Bharalumukh, Kamrup (M), Guwahati, Assam – 781 009. - as the respondent no. 6 It is submitted that the presence of the said incumbents would be required for complete adjudication of the matter as they are necessary parties. Also heard Shri BJ Talukdar, learned Additional Senior Government Advocate, Assam, who does not object to the said prayer. Considering the subject matter involved, the present application is allowed and the said incumbents named above are permitted to be impleaded as the Page No.# 3/3 respondent nos. 5 and 6 in the connected writ petition being WP(C)/5817/2023.
