P SUBASH The Court made the following: 2 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND Contempt Case No.1301 of 2021 O R D E R: This Contempt Case has been filed complaining wilful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 31.03.2021 in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in W.P.No.7480 of 2021. 2) At the stage of admission of the said writ petition, this Court passed an interim direction to the 5th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.03.2024 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of the order. 3) During the course of hearing of this case, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has placed a copy of the proceedings issued by the Tahsildar, Rajupalem Mandal in Rc.No.54/2021, dated 06.04.2021 and would submit that the representation of the petitioner is considered and rejected stating that there is no feasibility to issue “No Objection Certificate” for the Quarry lease for road metal to the applicant over an extent of Ac.10-00 cents in Sy.No.358/48A of Kubadpuram Village of Rajupalem Mandal. The said proceedings are filed as material paper at page No.31 along with counter-affidavit. On perusal of the 3 proceedings, it appears that the said proceedings are served to the petitioner under proper acknowledgement. 4) As the representation of the petitioner has been considered in accordance with the orders of this Court and appropriate orders are passed by the concerned authority, in my considered view, no further adjudication is required in the present contempt court. 5) Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
