Case No.131 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 413, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the F.I.R., the petitioner has been named by co-accused Imran Alam in a case of motorcycle theft. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 15.11.2022. 5. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed. 6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Patna High Court CR. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Palasi Police Station, Araria on every Sunday of each month.
