Page No.# 2/2 Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for both the sides, this Court is of the opinion that since the petitioner has been co-operated with the Police Investigating Officer, he does not deserve to be detained in custody. The pre-arrest bail application of the petitioner is allowed. The interim bail order dated 13.11.2024 is made absolute. The pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of.
