(Oral) The applicant is in judicial custody in FIR/Case Crime No.382 of 2022, dated 11.05.2022, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120-B IPC, Police Station Kotwali Roorkee, District Haridwar. He has sought short term bail on the ground that he has to execute an agreement in a pending civil suit. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant has to execute an agreement in a pending suit. Therefore, he may be granted short term bail. He would refer to Annexure No.3 to the short term bail application. It is an application filed on behalf of the applicant for summoning him from jail. This application 2 has been filed on 29.11.2025 in the court of Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Roorkee. 4. Since the applicant has already moved an application before the concerned court for summoning him from jail. There is no reason to grant him short term bail.
