Sri Ram Chandra Solanki, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Ray Sahab Yadav, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and Sri Shatruhan Yadav, learned AGA for the State are present. 3. The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to transfer the Criminal Case No.405 of 2015, under Sections 323, 325, 506 IPC, Police Station Kurra, District Mainpuri pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate-I, Mainpuri to District Court Etawah. 4. At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant submits, applicant is informant of the case and she filed instant transfer application to transfer the case from District Mainpuri to District Etawah but applicant is ready to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing and therefore instant application may be disposed off with the direction that if applicant filed an application before appropriate forum to appear through Video Conferencing then her application shall be entertained and she will be permitted to appear through Video Conferencing. 5. Learned AGA as well as learned counsel for opposite party no.2 are having no objection. 6. The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant, who is informant of the case to transfer the case from District Mainpuri to District Etawah but now she is ready to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing, therefore, instant transfer application is being disposed off with a direction that if applicant filed an application to pursue the matter Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Ram Chandra Solanki Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Ashish Kumar Yadav, G.A., Ray Sahab Yadav Smt.
