Sri Ajay Kumar Pathak, learned counsel for applicant and Sri Imran Khan, learned AGA for the State are present. 2. The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to transfer the proceedings of Case No. 1204 of 2022 (Amit Kumar Sharma Vs. Sanjay Verma), under Sections 323, 379, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Hathras Gate, District Hathras pending in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division)/F.T.C. Hathras to any other adjoining district i.e. Aligarh, Mathura, Etah or Agra. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant submits, applicant is accused in the instant matter and he filed instant transfer application to transfer the case from District Hathras to to any other adjoining district i.e. Aligarh, Mathura, Etah or Agra but applicant is ready to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing and therefore instant application may be disposed off with the direction that if applicant filed an application before appropriate forum to appear through Video Conferencing then his application shall be entertained and he will be permitted to appear through Video Conferencing. 4. Learned AGA is having no objection. 5. The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant, who is accused in the instant matter to transfer the case from District Hathras to to any other adjoining district i.e. Aligarh, Mathura, Etah or Agra but now he is ready to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing, therefore, instant transfer application is being disposed off with a direction that if applicant filed an application to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing then Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Ajay Kumar Pathak Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Sanjay Verma @ Sanjay .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) his application shall be considered and he will be permitted to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing. 6.
