NC: 2025:KHC:11487 CRL.P No. 3274 of 2025
5.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has made available the order passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.2353/2025
disposed of on 14.03.2025 wherein this Court has granted anticipatory bail to accused No.1 considering the fact that injured had initially given history in the Hospital where he was admitted as "Self Fall" and it was only in the belated complaint for the first time, allegation was made against accused persons of assaulting injured. Allegations as against accused Nos.1 to 3 in first information are similar. Undisputedly, petitioners, who are arraigned as accused Nos.2 and 3, do not have any criminal antecedents. Under the circumstances, I am of the opinion that the prayer made by the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail needs to be answered affirmatively. Accordingly, the following
order:-
6. The petition is allowed. The respondent - Police or any other police in the State of Karnataka are directed to release the petitioners in the event of their arrest in Crime No.17/2025 registered by K.R.Pet Town Police Station, Mandya, for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1), 119(1), 352, 3(5) of BNS, 2023, subject to the following conditions:
