Heard Sri Satyanarayana Nimmala, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that in the light of the representation made by the then Assistant Government Pleader before this Court dated 01.10.2020, to the effect that the investigation is completed and they are getting permission from the superior police officer for referring the case as civil in nature, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not received any notice. 3 5. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedies before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
