Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and learned counsel for the respondents. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel brought to the notice of this Court that the respondents preferred an Writ Appeal vide W.A.No.496 of 2019 on the orders impugned in the present contempt case, wherein, the Division Bench of this Court was pleased to modify the orders dated 10.10.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.25340 of 2009 on 16.02.2024. In view of the same, the orders impugned in the present contempt case cannot be enforceable. Therefore, no causes survives and no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt case. 4. Recording the said submission, the present contempt case is closed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
