Heard Sri Santosh Kumar, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Arun Kumar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that she was appointed on the post of Health Worker in Family Welfare Department in State of U.P. on 09.06.2023. 3. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that she is entitled to the Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/- Pay Scale of Rs. 5200/- Rs. 20,200 in terms of the Order dated 04.07.2023 passed in Writ-A No. 20255 of 2021 but the same has not been extended. 4. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by Chief Medical Officer, District Prayagraj. 5. Considering the submission so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and certified copy of the order before the fourth respondent, Chief Medical Officer, District Prayagraj by 07.11.2025. Thereafter, the fourth respondent shall decide the claim of the writ petitioner within a period of three months.
