Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.M.P.No.14073 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.15827 of 2025, dated 30.07.2025 is relaxed, however the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 4.
