YOGESH TIWARI Digitally signed by YOGESH TIWARI Date: 2025.05.01 11:00:24 +0530 2 2 The instant petition is preferred by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution with the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and to direct the respondent No.2 to decide the petition bearing Case No.166/A-82/2023-24 within prescribed time limit. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 3 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not challenging any particular order, but seeking a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the petition bearing Case No.166/A-82/2023-24 within a specific time frame. 4 Since the matter is pending before the Arbitrator, be that as it may, it is expected that the concerned Arbitrator shall decide the case expeditiously, if there is no other impediment in the case, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5 With the aforesaid observations/directions, instant writ petition stands disposed of.
