Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pratij J. Nagar, learned counsel for respondent nos.1 & 2. 2. The petitioner has come up in the present writ petition with a sole prayer that a direction be issued to the respondent no.3-President, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission Allahabad to decide the Complaint Case No.CC/95/2018 (Madhubala Jaiswal Vs. Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC)) pending before him expeditiously within a time bound period. 3. Learned counsel for respondent nos.1 & 2 submits that no useful purpose would be served by keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction may be issued to respondent no.3 to consider the grievance of the petitioners. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case and with the consent of the parties, we dispose off the writ petition with a direction to respondent no.3-President, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission Allahabad to decide the Complaint Case No.CC/95/2018 (Madhubala Jaiswal Vs. Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC)) pending before him expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
