When the matter is taken up for consideration today, it is brought to the notice of this court by Mr.K.Raj Kumar, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent TANGEDCO, that an identical writ petition filed in W.P.No.18291 of 2011 was dismissed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this court by an order dated 27.04.2012, and the said order was also confirmed by the learned Division Bench of this court in W.A.No.1215 of 2012 by an order dated 21.06.2023. 3. In the light of the above, this court does not see any reason to re- adjudicate the matter, and the learned counsel for the petitioner also does not dispute the legal position.
