This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of Sessions Trial No.213 of 2023 arising out of Case Crime No.539 of 2022, under Sections 498A, 304B IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Bhogaon, District Mainpuri pending in the court of Sessions Judge, Mainpuri within a shortest span of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid Sessions Trial No.213 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
