Heard Sri Parvish Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri B.P.Singh, learned A.G.A and Sri Amit Daga on behalf of informant. . 2. Trial Court has sent a status report dated 8.10.2025 that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and thereafter statements of all the accused persons were also recorded under Section 313 CrPC and now the case is fixed for defence evidence on 16.10.2025. 3.Applicant has approached this Court seeking enlargement on bail in Sessions Trial No.702 of 2022 (State Vs. Vikrant & Ors) arising out of Case Crime No.116 of 2022 under Sections 342, 364, 302, 120-B and 201 I.P.C.P.S. Kandhla, District-Shamli 4. Learned counsel for the applicant prayed that benefit of parity be granted to the applicant since recently a coordinate Bench has granted bail to co-accused vide order dated 27.8.2025. However, Court finds that learned counsel for the applicant is not able to answer a relevant fact in regard to FSL report i.e. which witness has proved it during trial. Otherwise also trial is at the fag end and any comment by this Court on nature of evidence before learned Trial Court could prejudice the case of either of the parties, therefore, no case of bail is made out. 5. Third bail application is according rejected. However, learned Trial Court will take all endeavour to conclude the trial within the period as indicated in the status report.
