Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent Nos.3 to 6 are not granting lease hold fishery rights in respect of Tank in Sy.No.84, admeasuring Ac.148-28 cents situated in Papannapalem, Mudivemula Gram Panchayat for the period 2021-2022 in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.343, dated 10.04.1978. Pending Writ Petition the period 2021-2022 was already completed. Therefore, the claim of the petitioner for granting of lease hold fishery rights for the period 2021-2022 already elapsed. 3. On the other hand, learned Standing Counsel for 6th respondent filed written instructions furnished by the 6th ::4:: respondent wherein it is stated that pursuant to the orders of this Court in W.P.No.3259/2023, dated 04.05.2023 the 5th Respondent Gram Panchayat granted leasehold rights in favour of the petitioner society for the period 2024-2025. Consequently, the relief sought by the petitioner has elapsed by efflux of time and no further orders are required to be passed in this matter for further adjudication. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous by recording the same.
