It is projected in this application that the petitioner in WP(C) 3439/2024 is the mother of the applicant who has expired on 09.04.2025 leaving behind the applicant who is the younger son and two others as her legal representatives. 3. The applicant supports this contention by producing a Next-of-Kin certificate issued on 19.06.2025 (Annexure-D) and it is further projected that the two other legal representatives have no objection for the petitioner to claim the benefit left behind the deceased mother and accordingly a prayer for substitution has been made. 4.
