ISSUE an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order bearing No.BCWD-12037/17/2024- BCWD_HOSTEL-BCWD, Date. 11-02-2025 (Annexure:-A) issued by the 2nd Respondent Commissioner of Backward Classes Welfare Department attaching the supply of food materials of Mandya District to 5th Respondent is illegal and in operative; B. ISSUE an appropriate writ order or directions in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner's firm dated 27-02-2025 (Annexure:-E) to continue the petitioner firm for supply of food materials to the Mandya District till finalization of the fresh Tender bulletin in the interest of justice and equity. C. Grant such other relief's as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstance of the case. 2. Shri Vijaya Raghava Sarathy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in all the fairness would submit that in other cases indents are issued for procurement and supply of food materials up to 31.03.2025 and in the case of the petitioner has not been issued, except seeking of a bank guarantee. Therefore, the petition would not survive for any further consideration is the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.
