The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 31 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 420, 354, 354C, 504, 506, 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 67A of the Information Technology Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crimes, Ranchi. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have uploaded the nude photographs of the Informant on the Whatsapp group. 4. Report regarding the stage of trial and time required for it conclusion, earlier called for from the learned Trial Court, has been received. It appears that charge has been framed in this case but prosecution has not examined any witness. 5. It was submitted that petitioner has remained in custody for about a years. 6. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crimes, Ranchi in connection with Cyber Crime P.S.
