It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was granted interim bail by order dated 18.09.2025 and in the meanwhile the charge- sheet has been laid. He further submits that he has appeared before the trial court and is cooperating in the trial. 3. The learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 (victim) has also submitted that she has no objection in the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 18.09.2025 is made absolute as petitioner is cooperating in trial. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties as well as considering the fact that the petitioner has been cooperating in the trial, the interim bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 18.09.2025 is hereby made absolute with the condition that he shall continue to cooperate in the trial.
