Copy of the statement of the doctor produced by learned A.G.A. is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Neeraj Kumar Sharma, learned A.G.A. for the State-opposite party. 3. The present bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 224 of 2024, under Sections 352, 118(1), 105 B.N.S., Police Station Shivrajpur, District Kanpur Nagar during the pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. The applicant is in jail since 15.01.2024 having no criminal history. 5. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the record, this Court prima facie finds that a specific role of inflicting a stab wound on the abdomen of the son of the informant has been attributed to the applicant. As per the post-mortem report, an injury was found in the abdomen region. In the opinion of the doctor, cause of death was shock and septicemia due to infected wound. Further, according to the statement of the doctor, the injury was grievous in nature. 7. The offence is grave. It is made clear that the observations made in this order shall have no bearing on the merits of the case. 10.
