The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 85 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 85, 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 3 / 4 of the D.P. Act, pending in the court of Sri Abhinav Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Munita Kumari, whose dead body was found in the nearby forest. It was submitted that police after investigation submitted final form against the petitioner. However, learned court below has taken cognizance in this case. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that police did not find any material against the petitioner during the investigation. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhinav Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag or his successor, in connection with Barkagaon P.S.
