By the present writ petition, the petitioner, is seeking a directions towards the respondents, particularly respondent No. 3, to release the salary of the petitioner, as the petitioner has joined his services as per appointment order dated 04.10.2024 (Annexure P-4). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, that though the petitioner has joined his services, as per the appointment order as a Lecturer (Mathematics) in Govt. High School, Gaud, Distrcit Janjgir-Champa C.G. but his salary form the period starting from the date of joining 04.10.2024 till today has not been released. He further submits that he has also filed a representation before the CEO, Zila Panchayat (respondent No. 3.) but the same has not been decided till date. 3. Learned State counsel submits that it is for respondent No. 3 to decide the representation and to release the salary. 3 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings as well as the representation dated 18.03.2025 (Annexure P-1). 5. From perusal of the documents, it appears, that the petitioner has joined on 04.10.2024 in the post of Lecturer (Mathematics) in the Government High School Gaud, Distrcit Janjgir-Champa and after that no salary is being released to him. Further, as the petitioner has already submitted a representation raising his grievance and claim for salary before respondent No. 3 which is still pending. Hence, at this juncture, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No. 3, to decide the representation i.e. (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if the petitioner is entitled for the salary form the date of joining and appointment, the same be released. 6.
