GP FOR SOCIAL WELFARE 2 The Court made the following order:- The present writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents in not considering the petitioner’s candidature for admission into NIT and EAPCET courses for the academic year 2024- 2025 under SC category (Agency Goudu) and insisting to produce the community certificate of the petitioner without looking into the community certificate of his father and consequently prayed to direct the respondents to admit the petitioner into NIT and EAPCET courses for the academic year 2024-2025 under SC category (Agency Goudu) without insisting for community certificate and also permit the petitioner to participate in ensuring admission counselling for NIT and EAPCET courses. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing on behalf of respondent No.1, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of respondent No.2, learned Government Pleader for Higher Education appearing on behalf of respondent No.3, Smt S.Parinitha, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.4 and 5 and Sri Vedula Kamesh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.6. 3.
