Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Abhinav Ojha, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and Sri Bhupendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel representing the respondent-Gram Sabha. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent No. 2, the Collector/District Magistrate, Jaunpur, to decide the objections stated to have been filed on 20.12.2023 in Case No. 805 of 2023 [Anand Singh Vs. Indra Kumar Singh and Another], under Section 128 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Code 2006), within a stipulated time period. A further prayer has been made for a direction to the concerned respondent not to proceed further with the case till disposal of the objections. The facts as pleaded in the writ petition indicate that proceedings for cancellation of allotment have been initiated under Section 128 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, and the petitioner has filed his objections therein, and the same are pending. In this view of the matter, since the petitioner has already appeared before the concerned respondent authority and has filed his objections in the proceedings under Section 128, and the same are pending, there can be no cause of grievance to the petitioner at this stage.
