The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayers:- "I. Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to provide houses/accommodation to the petitioners under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (Gramin) in Village Belha Singhamau, Police Station Handia, Tehsil Handia, District Prayagraj. II. Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the District Magistrate, Prayagraj/respondent no.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 19.10.2020, filed by the petitioner regarding allotment of house under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (Gramin) in Village Belha Singhamau, Police Station Handia, Tehsil Handia, District Prayagraj." 2. Despite time being granted, no instructions were provided by learned Standing Counsel till date. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that in case the petitioner will approach the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Prayagraj ventilating his grievance by moving a fresh representation, he will consider and decide the same expeditiously. 3. Heard counsel for the parties present and perused the records. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case and also in the interest of justice, the present petition is disposed of finally permitting the petitioner to move a fresh representation ventilating all his grievances before the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Prayagraj. If such application is filed within a period of three weeks from today, the respondent no.2 will decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Atul Kumar Dubey, Binod Kumar Mishra, Dhiraj Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
