This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue an appropriate order, directing the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Atarra, District BANDA to consider and expediously decide the Original Suit No. 125 of 2013 ( Sageer Ahmad and another Versus Smt. Rajabai and another) filed by the Respondent/plaintiffs for Cancellation of Sale Deed dated 23.10.2013 executed by the Defendant No. 1 in favour of the Defenedants No. 2, with respect to the land in question Gata No. 5885 area about 1.109 hectare situated at Village Atarra Rural Pargana and Tehsil Atarra, District Banda as same is pending since year 2013 within the stipulated time as specified by this Hon'ble Court. Issue an appropriate order, directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful and lawful possesion of the petitioner over the Gata No. 5885 area about 1.109 hectare situated at Village Atarra Rural Pargana and Tehsil Atarra District Banda." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned suit is pending consideration since 2013, the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned suit is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Atarra, District Banda, to decide the above- mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within eighteen months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Avinash Singh Chauhan, Virendra Singh Chauhan Counsel for Respondent(s) : Smt.
