Case No. 247 of 2024 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 13 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 74, 75 and 76 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, pending in the Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Godda. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 2007 of 2025 by order dated 12.03.2025. 4. On 19.10.2024, at about 11:00 a.m., the petitioner is alleged to have entered into the house of the informant and attempted to rape his daughter. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2024. 6. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Godda in connection with Godda Town P.S.
