The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in trying to interfere with the possession of the petitioner over the land admeasuring an extent of Ac.4.80 cents in Sy.No.699-1 of Manirevu Revenue Village, Kalyanadurgam Mandal, Anantapuramu District. 2. At the stage of admission, this Court by order dated 04.07.2022 directed the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land without following due process of law. 3. Respondent No.3 filed counter affidavit stating that the Revenue authorities never interfered with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the land in dispute. 4. In view of the categorical assertion made by the 3rd respondent in the counter affidavit and in terms of the interim order dated 04.07.2022, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
