Heard Mr.S.Udhaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 and 2. 3. It is seen from records that the mistake had crept in during the UDR scheme. Therefore, it is only the concerned District Revenue Officer (DRO), who is the competent authority to rectify the error. 4. In the light of the above discussion, liberty is granted to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the District https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 43475 of 2025 Revenue Officer, Chennai along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the DRO shall take a decision and pass final orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the representation from the petitioner. 5.
