GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following: ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following relief:- “…to issue an appropriate a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus i declaring the impugned action of the 7th Respondent in issuing impugned proceedings Rc.No.4138/E3/2022 dt.08.04.2025 revising final seniority list though the seniority of the Petitioner was finalized vide final seniority list dt.22.10.2024 as illegal arbitrary and further action of the 7th Respondent in issuing Proceedings Rc.No.4138/E3/2022 dt.10.04.2025 for effecting promotion to the post of Multipurpose Health Assistant MPHA (Female) in utter violation of Rule 22 of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules wherein only 13 candidates under OC category have been placed out of 270 as highly illegal and arbitrary apart from violative of Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India consequently set aside the same and further direct the Respondents III to accord promotions to the post of Multipurpose Health Assistant MPHA Female as per the final seniority list issued vide Proceedings RC.No.4138/E3/2022 dt.22.10.2024 by considering the Petitioner as per her ranks shown in the merit list issued at the time of selection in the year 2019 in the interest of Justice and to pass such other order or orders.…” 2. Heard Sri G.V.Shivaji, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I for respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of subsequent developments as promotions have been affected, cause in the writ petition does not survive. 4. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
