HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD CRIMINAL REVISION DEFECTIVE No. - 1248 of 2024 Court No. - 90 HON'BLE HARVIR SINGH, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the revisionist has stated at the Bar that during pendency of the revision, the charge has been framed against the revisionist and therefore, the impugned order has lost its relevance and the present revisionist has become infructuous. 3. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the revisionist, the revision is dismissed as infructuous, hence no further order is required to be passed in the instant revision. However, the revisionist shall be at liberty to proceed in accordance with law. (Harvir Singh,J.)
