MARIA CLETE, J These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 57 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement, to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole appellant and to bring on record the proposed appellants as legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant respectively. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant who undertakes to file vakalat for the proposed parties and the learned counsel for the respondent who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing these petitions. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed.
