Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is the complainant in Complaint Case No. 523 of 2021 (Lal Chandra Patel vs. Avnish Tarun), under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, Police Station Phoolpur, District Allahabad, which is pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 4, Allahabad. 3. It is further submitted that although the said complaint case has been pending since 2021, no effective progress has been made therein till date. 4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 4, Allahabad, is directed to make all endeavours to conclude and decide the aforesaid complaint case expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. 5.
