Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 75 of 2025 for the offences registered under section 96 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 8/12 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Latehar. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed the 17 years old victim to leave her lawful guardianship with the intention to marry her. 4. Statement of the victim was recorded during the investigation in which she has stated that she was having affairs with the petitioner and she has left the lawful guardianship, according to her own wish and she has married the petitioner. 5. This appears to be a case of adolescent love affairs. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Latehar in connection with Chandwa P.S.
