Baishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. This application has been filed praying for suspension of sentence as well as for releasing Page No.# 2/2 the petitioner on bail. I have gone through the judgments as well as the evidences available before this court. Considering entire aspect of the matter, the operation of the Judgment dated 19.07.2022 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 28/2018 by the learned Sessions Judge, Morigaon and the Judgment dated 31.10.2018 passed by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Morigaon in Sessions Case No. 134/2017 shall remain stayed till disposal of the connected criminal revision petition. The applicant Sri Anjan Nath @ Anjan Kr. Nath is allowed to go on bail of Rs.5,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Morigaon.
