Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rajesh Kumar Pal, learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents. 2. The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has prayed for the following relief:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents concerned not to harass/threaten the petitioner and further restrain them from interfering in the peaceful life of the petitioner. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents concerned not to harass/victimized the petitioner, except in accordance with law. iii. Issue any writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the present case. iv. To award the costs of present writ petition." 3. The petitioner is wife of respondent no.3-Kallu and she alleges that she is receiving life threatening from her husband i.e. respondent no.3-Kallu. If that be so, the petitioner has adequate remedy under the civil law as well as in criminal law against the respondent no.3. 5. In such view of the fact, we do not find any merit in the writ petition. Accordingly, we dismiss the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail other appropriate remedy available under the law.
