Sri Manan Kumar Choubey, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Janardan Yadav, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and Sri Rajeev Dhar Dwivedi, learned AGA are present. 2. The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to transfer the proceedings of Case No. 4024 of 2022, arising out of Case Crime No. 188 of 2022, under Sections 323, 504, 498A IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Sindhari, District Azamgarh pending in the court of F.T.C. (Women) Azamgarh to District Court Gorakhpur. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant submits, applicant is wife of opposite party no.2 and she filed instant transfer application to transfer the case from District Azamgarh to District Gorakhpur but applicant is ready to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing and therefore instant application may be disposed off with the direction that if applicant filed an application before appropriate forum to appear through Video Conferencing then her application shall be entertained and she will be permitted to appear through Video Conferencing. 4. Learned AGA as well as learned counsel for opposite party no.2 are having no objection. 5.
