Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Roshan Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The instant application has been filed to release the applicant on bail in case crime No. 164 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 109(1) BNS, P.S. Airport, District Prayagraj. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant has been falsely implicated. Though there is allegation of causing two gunshot injuries, both the injuries are on non-vital part. Therefore, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail. 4. Per contra, learned A.G.A. vehemently opposed the prayer and submitted that the injured has made specific allegation against the applicant for causing two gunshot injuries, therefore, he is not entitled to be released on bail. 5. Considering the aforesaid submissions of learned counsel for the parties and taking into account that specific allegation has been made against the applicant for causing fire arm injury to the injured wherein the injured received two gunshot injuries which substantiates the allegation of the injured, this Court does not find any good ground to enlarge the applicant on bail. 6.
