This application under Section 529 of the B.N.S.S. has been filed for issuing a direction to the learned Additional District Judge, POCSO Court No. 2, Allahabad, to decide the application dated 21.10.2024, filed under Section 379 of the B.N.S.S., 2023, in Criminal Appeal No. 156 of 2024 (Nipun Bansal and another vs. Urvashi Bansal and another), within the stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the application under Section 379 of B.N.S.S. dated 21.10.2021, which is till unregistered, is pending before the Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge, POCSO, court No. 2 district Allahabad. He has sought a prayer to direct the learned trial court to decide his application as expeditiously as possible. 3. Considering the prayer, learned trial court is directed to decide the application of the applicant as expeditiously as possible. 4. The present application is accordingly disposed of.
