The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to transfer the Criminal Case No. 16267 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC read with Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Pannuganj, District Sonbhadra from the court of Judicial Magistrate Sonbhadra to the court of Judicial Magistrate Varanasi or Prayagraj. 3. Learned counsel for applicant submits, applicant is husband of opposite party no.2 and he filed instant transfer application to transfer the trial of the case from District Sonbhadra to either District Varanasi or District Prayagraj but now applicant does not want to press the instant transfer application, therefore, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. 4. Learned AGA is having no objection. 5. In view of above, the instant transfer application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
