Sri Shikhar Tandon, learned counsel for applicants, Sri Manvendra Singh, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and Sri Shatruhan Yadav, learned AGA are present. 2. The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to transfer the proceedings of Case No. 1979 of 2020, under Section 12 of Protection of Women Against Domestic Violence Act, 2005 pending in the Court of Civil Judge (J.D.), FTC/CAW, Fatehpur to District Kanpur. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for applicants submits, applicant no.1 is husband of opposite party no.2 and rest of applicants are his close relatives and he filed instant transfer application to transfer the case from District Fatehpur to District Kanpur but applicants are ready to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing and therefore instant application may be disposed off with the direction that if applicants filed an application before appropriate forum to appear through Video Conferencing then their application shall be entertained and they shall be permitted to appear through Video Conferencing. 4. Learned AGA as well as learned counsel for opposite party no.2 are having no objection. 5. The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicants to transfer the proceedings of the case from District Fatehpur to District Kanpur but now they are ready to appear through Video Conferencing, therefore, instant transfer application is being disposed off with a direction that if applicants filed an application to appear through Video Conferencing then their application shall be considered and they shall be permitted to appear through Video Conferencing. 6.
