It is stated in paragraph-2 of the aforesaid affidavit that the Assistant Registrar has decided the dispute in respect of the election of the Committee of Management of the Society by order dated 31.10.2019 by which the list of office bearers submitted by the deponent has been registered. On the basis of the order passed by the Assistant Registrar dated 31.10.2019 the signature of the deponent has been attested by order dated 16.11.2019 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Varanasi and incompliance of the same the deponent is running and managing the affairs of the institution. 4.
