The previous one was withdrawn by the learned counsel for the applicant on 14.06.2023 without any liberty. 5. Since the earlier C482 application was dismissed as withdrawn and no liberty has been granted to the applicant and now on the similar set of facts, the present C482 application has been filed, which is exactly the misuse of the process of the Court, therefore, the present C482 application is hereby dismissed. However, keeping in view the fact that the lawyer appearing on behalf of the applicant is a young lawyer, no cost is being imposed upon the applicant. 6.
