The relief already granted has been complied and culminated into a Government Order in G.O.(2D) No.111 dated 08.10.2024. The relief sought by the petitioner is to re-fix his seniority for the reasons stated by him in the Writ Petition. As the above benefit has been given to him, the Contempt Petition has been closed on the observation that nothing much needs to be done by way of complying the order. 3. If the petitioner feels that he is in need of any further relief consequent to the order of refixing the seniority, the rightful course open to the petitioner is to file a fresh Writ Petition and not by reopening the contempt petition which was already closed. 5.
