Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sandeep Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. The petitioner by means of the present writ petition have prayed for the following relief:- " Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 13.03.2019 passed by Special Secretary Mines & Minerals Department, U.P. Shasan Lucknow (Respondent no.1) and order dated 12.04.2018 passed by Commissioner, Saharnapur Division Saharanpur as well as the order dated 10-07-2017 Passed by District Magistrate, Saharanpur." 3. Sri Sandeep Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the controversy in the instant case is settled by judgment of this Court in a bunch of writ petition leading of which is Writ-C No.- 13948 of 2020 (M/S Shalimar Stone Crusher Thru. Prop. Labh Singh Vs. State of U.P. Thru. Secy. Geology and Mining and others). Accordingly, he submits that the present writ petition may also be decided in terms of order passed in Writ-C No.- 13948 of Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ravindra Kumar Tripathi Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. M/S Raj Hans Stone Crusher .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) 2020 (M/S Shalimar Stone Crusher Thru. Prop. Labh Singh Vs. State of U.P. Thru. Secy. Geology and Mining and others). 4. In view of submissions advanced by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, the impugned orders dated 13.03.2019, 12.04.2018 and 10.07.2017 are quashed and the writ petition is allowed in terms of direction contained in order dated 19.11.2022 passed in Writ-C No.- 13948 of 2020 (M/S Shalimar Stone Crusher Thru.
