Tarlok Singh Chauhan , Judge (oral) Even though the petitioner has received the amount, however, his grievance is that such amount has been paid to him subject to the final outcome of SLP filed in Execution Petition No. 423 of 2023, titled as Jameet Singh Vs. State of H.P. & Ors. 2. We are in agreement with the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner given the fact that in case the respondent/State had been aggrieved by the judgment passed in the instant case, which is 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 1 Neutral Citation No. ( 2025:HHC:5820 ) under execution, then it ought to have filed a separate appeal before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and cannot be permitted to piggy-ride on the back of Jameet Singh’s case and unnecessarily make such a condition for release of the amount in favour of the petitioner. 3. Accordingly, the present review petition is disposed of with a clarification that the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the SLP preferred in Jameet Singh’s case, shall have no bearing on this case.
